product in India. The main function of the coolant for your careful
consideration is GLYCO BASE ANTIFREEZE COOLANT used for
preventing the freezing of cooling liquid and corrosion of the
cooling mechanism of the internal combustion engines. Generally
most coolant produced in India are based on organic Salts Of Sodium,
mainly Sodium Benzoate. This is an effective food preservative,
but not a good ANTI CORROSIVE AGENT, and ineffective on
most metals.
With
the advent of latest technology for high-speed engines in the
country, the use of engine coolant has become an essential feature
for Liquid Cooled Internal Combustion Engine. Coolant not only
have to ensure reduction in corrosion, scale formation, etc, but
also have to ensure that rapid Heat Exchange so that the temperature
of the current sophisticated engines are maintained within a range
even for very longer period of time. Further they have to ensure
that performance is not compromised on with different metals of
cooling system such as COPPER,
BRASS, SOLDERING MATERIAL, ALUMINIUM ALLOY, CAST-IRON, MS
and ALUMINIUM CASTING etc.
Due to the presence of moistures in the air these metals Oxidizes
in the air at room temperature, When these metals are dipped into
hot water (70-80 c) then rate of Oxidizing increases by almost
25 to 30 times more than what they wear oxidizing in the air.
This Oxidizing leads to scale formation all over the Cooling-System.
Even sometimes yellow soil can be seen coming out of the Radiator's
neck. As soon as scale formation takes place in the Radiator and
in Water Jacket of Block Head over Heating starts. Gradually this
tends to reduce the engine's life in many ways. However the most
dangerous aspect of this over heating is that "IT INCREASES
THE CARBON MONOXIDE PERCENTAGE FROM THE EXHAUST".
All metals have different nature and
different characteristic, to over come METTALLIC OXIDIZING
in the hot water. Our product has been developed with advance
TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENTIFICALLY EFFECTIVE INHIBITORS according
to the requirement of each metals, which is completely involved
in the cooling system, and prevents the whole cooling system from

At low ambient temperature,
the water used as the heat transfer medium in internal combustion
engines is liable to freeze and the use of antifreeze or substances
which lowers the freezing point of the water is necessary to prevent
possible damage to the heat exchange system. It is imperative
that the antifreeze should not increase the tendency of coolant
to evaporate, markedly reduce the rate of heat transfer and cause
any corrosion of the system.
Before
use, antifreeze should be diluted to the required degree depending
on the ambient temperature to be encountered and the antifreeze
water solution should be used as the coolant water for corrosion
prevention of the cooling mechanism also. Undiluted or less diluted
antifreeze should never be used as the freezing point of solutions
containing more than 60% of antifreeze progressively increases
with increasing quantities of antifreeze.

COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH
INTRODUCING:
Now
in the era of space age & advanced technology, there is a
specially developed GLYCO RADIATOR FLUSH (acid free) which
instantly, automatically and effectively removes soil, scaling,
oxidizing and corrosion from the radiator within 10 minutes and
enhances the cooling system.
It is a Unique System for Cleaning the Radiator, Block Head and
Water Pump. It removes scale formation which takes place in the
Radiator and in the block head of the engine in such a way that
the metal appears as new and it does such a sharp cleaning by
removing soil, corrosion, oxidizing and scaling without harming
the rubber and polythene gaskets and even paper gaskets because
it does not contain any toxic ingredient and it is totally acid
free. Above all it leaves behind a very thin coating of silicone
lubricancy film all over the Cooling System which absorb smoke,
over heating and prevents rust and corrosion particles to stick
over it for a long time. It can be used in medium and heavy trucks
and Trailors and Cars and its functions in such a way that it
reaches by itself all over the cooling system and cleans thoroughly.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Pour the content of the container into Radiator and let the Engine
run five minutes for cars seven minutes for medium trucks and
ten minutes for heavy trucks and trailers and then drain, again
fill the Radiator with normal water to rinse run the Engine for
two minutes and drain, one small container is sufficient for cleaning
of Radiator having capacity of six litres.
HOW TO GET BEST RESULT:
It is advisable to use GLYCO RADIATOR FLUSH to flush the
radiator after every 20,000 Kms, or 6 months, which ever is earlier.

- Avoid
intensive skin contact.
- In
the event of skin contact, Wash the Cooling System Flush away
with plenty of Water.
- Slight
irritation occurs only after direct contact with skin.
- Keep
Cooling System Flush out of reach of children.
- Store
it in a dry cool place.
